Easy 15-Day Returns
- At Aegean Clothing, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 15 days of delivery.
- If you're not satisfied, return or exchange Unworn items (with tags and original packaging) within 15 days (if returned within 2 days, return cost is on us).
- No return for 'Final sale product'.
- Exchanges for a different sizes or color incur no extra fees.
- Refund goes to original payment method (or Store credit if preferred) once we receive and inspect the return.
- All returns and exchanges require Original invoice or Order details.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1Log in to your accountGo to My Orders and select the order you want to return.
- 2Click "Return Item"Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason.
- 3Schedule PickupOur courier partner will pick up the item from your address.
- 4Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
